Taylors Jaguar are literally the best....I have an IPace which has really low mileage and it was obvious from initial purchase that it just wasn't operating properly, but the main dealer we purchased it from were less than helpful. Eventually one of the faults developed into a roadside issue which required taking it to a service centre, I am so lucky that that centre was Taylors Jaguar in Dunmow. Firstly, the reception staff are delightful, friendly and polite. I spoke to Dean who was friendly and helpful and most importantly actually listened to me and finally the font of all knowledge, Lee, the technician who actually worked on the car. They took it in, issued an exact courtesy car and dealt with all the problems that the car had, even taking it back when a fault that we thought had been dealt with by a software update, hadn't. Honestly, I cannot praise them enough. Thank you all so much.

I received excellent service from helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff, from the start of the booking process to the point of collection when the work had been completed - by some distance the best experience I have had with any Jaguar Land Rover main dealer. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors to any Jaguar or Land Rover driver.
