Service above and beyond!! Quite outstanding and not expected these days. Ordered some items for daughters burthday. Items arrived in time but one key item.. a microphone.. was missing. It appeared it had been shipped but lost by courier. The chap at Cybermarket ensured that a replacement mic was sent out on friday for next am delivery, at their own cost, so that the mic was there for daughters party. The day wasbsaved thanks to these chaps. Legends!

I bought a Snow Machine and it cost me over 200 ! it worked for 45 mins and has never worked since !! even after sending it back at my own cost to have it checked it was returned back to me saying that it worked and it most certainly did not! absolute rip off and disgusting customer service !! So be very cautious ! when you order anything from this bunch !
