Extremely rude and incompetent company. I am quite shocked how any company can be so incompetent and uninterested to do business. No idea why they are even trading at all. They have no interest if you order anything from them or not, do not want to give you any product information. An employee named Daniel is one of the worst ones there. I suggest you .do not even bother to contact them, because the staff is far too lazy to work or attend to customers.

Great. I ordered on Saturday and came on Thursday as expected. I recommend using this site as the prices are good for the quality and amount of wire and the delivery is FINE!

Absolute joke Steer well clear of these fools. I sit here today it now being Thursday and Im still awaiting wire I ordered last Saturday. I paid for first class delivery but still nothing Ive had to buy elsewhere as well now. There email states that if you haven't received anything within 2 days you are to call I would suggest by that statement this is a regular problem. I duly called yesterday it being Wednesday the person I spoke to can only be described as sales prevention when I asked where our wire was his answer was its with royal mail not our problem it will get to to you when it does. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of these cowboys go to the merchants you might pay more but at least you will get it.
