Car developed a serious problem just before travelling to Spain for a family wedding. This was a disaster ! But despite being extremely busy Paul moved heaven and earth to get our Car Fixed with one of his mechanics who worked overtime especially (Boris). We were up and running and made the wedding. Which was great. The whole experience was amazing from the wonderfully helpful receptionists through the process and constant communication to put me at my ease. Thank you !
