Had an out of production part where the manufacturer recommended upgrading the whole back axle to the next release costing hundreds just for a track rod end. This company not only found a new replacement part they did it for supply the very next day.

Shocking service. Didn't send what I ordered or was displayed in the photo. The item was already over priced and then didn't receive it correctly. I tried emailing them with no response. Please be warned.

I have ordered a few parts from silver fox which have been ok parts but sadly their most recent transaction has left alot to be desired. After ordering a gasket set that was modified to my tractor year (on their advice) it didn't fit. This shouldn't be an issue I thought but I haven't been able to contact them since. I phoned them several times at different times in different working days and sent an email. After reading a review about spam emails I tried emailing a few more times on different days at different times. No response. I decided to do to a different supplier to much better effect. Sad to say I would avoid this company

I have 2 different orders. One order was Jan. 6th and the second order was Jan. 11th. I received my 2nd order around Jan. 15th or 16th. I received my first order on Feb.11th. I found this to be odd so I sent an email explaining this scenario. My first order was sent Royal Mail and took roughly 40 days before I received it. My second order was sent through Interparcel and it arrived roughly in 6 days. I never got an answer on this situation other than customs was holding everything up. Evidently that was only the case with my first order and not the second order. The parts were good and was what I ordered. Just don't be in a hurry to receive some of your orders.
