I contacted them around 11am after discovering an active wasp nest in the loft. They attended the same day around 4pm and quickly dealt with the problem. Couldnt ask for a better rapid service. Thank you. As a comparison, I did contact Allerdale council just before contacting Cumbria Pest control. They told me it would be just under 2 weeks before they could attend and were more expensive! Phoned up these guys after being recommend them by allerdale council due to them no longer having a pest department.Spoke to the most amazing lady who was friendly and very helpful and gave me a time and a price for a wasp problem I had.A lovely fella arrived when advised and I showed him the problem.Right away he said it was a bumble bee nest and straight away advised not to touch it and leave it due to it not doing any harm .Took the advice as personally I love bumble bees yet couldn't recognise them myself (what a wally.) Felt bad for the fella due to wasting his time .The price quoted was cheap and I mean cheap and apologised for time wasting.One thing I've learnt is what bumble bees look like from distance due to not wearing my glasses and that this company are fantastic to deal with.Many thanks for your time and I would definitely recommended you guys in the future.

I have used Cumbria Pest Services in the past for wasp nest removals and have always been completely satisfied by the service. I recently contacted them about another problem and once again I could not have asked for a better service. Excellent customer service with very friendly staff, visit arranged promptly with good communication about appointment. Very professional staff member came to visit who took time to get information about the problem and passed on a lot of information and advice during the process. Very conscientious and thorough job.
