It's not very often I leave 1 star reviews (if ever) but unfortunately this has to be an exception. Went to look at a car on 24\04\23. Car looked good but had some mechanical and cosmetic issues which I was told would absolutely be rectified before I bought it. At this point I asked about service history to which I was told it has full service history but the sales rep has misplaced it and would find it for me. Even went as far as to say the cambelt hadn't been done. Fair enough right? Well over a week later I still have no car. 2 or 3 phonecalls later during the past week and sales rep still can't find the service history but he assures me he will dig it out. So we come to today (04\05\23). I phone the dealership and ask again about the service history. The sales rep (Jamie) that was dealing with me isn't in so another rep (Stuart) says he'll have a look. Calls me back, no sign of history and the car is still being worked on. He then goes out of his way to call previous owner who told him there was no service history! So Jamie blatantly lied to me I assume in hopes that I'd just take the car and forget about it. Absolutely shocking behaviour if you ask me. Needless to say this has destroyed my faith in this dealership and I have cancelled the finance I had in place for the car. I now need to go car hunting again. I have to note that Stuart has been very helpful and apologetic. It's not his doing at all and I appreciate that. However this dealer is part of the brindley group which is a very big main dealer and I expect to at least be told the truth before making a desicion on what I consider to be an expensive car.

Disappointed, aftersales very poor......... car spend more time in garage than the road ..................

Good experience, however they forgot to supply documents with part exchange. Having trouble trying to get in contact to get it sorted. Two months down the line and no resolution. DVLA have not received anything despite chasing. Please be wary when part exchanging.
