Powis Avenue Post Office

Not a great post office, didnt give me a proof of postage receipt for one of my parcels and claimed that one of the other ones was too big to be classed as a letter, which it was not. I post every single day and am well aware of what receipts I should get and what fits as a letter, I only went in here because it was close to 5pm. When my smaller one wasnt accepted as a letter I went asap to my normal post office, who put it straight through as a letter 1.05 with no questions asked. Not particularly polite or helpful staff here sadly, the positive was there was no queue at all

After being victim to online scamming in regards to a parcel i had sent out, i can't praise Kieran enough for the top quality service he provided me. Kieran is the owner of the store and he went above and beyond to ensure my parcel arrived back to me safely. I can't recommend his services enough, thank you also to the lady on the checkouts who initially dealt with my concern over the phone. Best customer service i've ever received, i'd give 10/10 stars if i could!!!

Nice and convenient, can pay money into my bank account and make withdrawals for free which is great because my bank is in west Bromwich it serves a trip to town every time I need to deposit cash
