Ryland View Nursing Home - Advinia Health Care

Lovely home with friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble, the residents all look happy and well cared for. The food is fresh and looks delicious with lots of choice. The pictures on Facebook with the ice cream van and all the activities are wonderful. Well done

One the buzzer are out of reach so the clients can't buzz the career. 2 there was no heating on and it was cold out side spoke to one client and she said she had to wait 55 minutes for someone to attend to her. They listed a cat in the care home and it was roaming about in the care home and in to the kitchen and jumping on the tables where they are post to eat. The staff was lack a daisy walking about they was talking amount themselfs when they should be seeing to the clients . They don't wear hair nets when they dish up the food and I didn't see any of the careers take anyone to the toilet but u can't knock the manager has she wasn't there she was on holiday and she hadn't been in the job long

The quality of the home was good, I was in Marby ward for around 8weeks.The quality of the staff, the quality of the carers was excellent, one espec ially gave me extra support with physio exercises. I sm most thankful.

Hayes is a horrid, dirty place, don't leave loved ones , i had to put one star for the review
