Their customer service from the start was excellent, where they initially went through my requirements and also provided advice on how the website should look like for a consulting company. They also came to see me several times to go through the website and get my final approval before going live. Throughout, Ignite Webs guided me through the process and also where accommodating towards me when I asked for last minute changes. My company website is now live. Muqadir the owner is unprofessional and lame. He didnt make my website on time, We passed the launch date , he kept demanding for his money but didnt do the work.Swearing,ignoring and threatening about making my website offline. I did most of the work myself and he didnt help me at all after asking for help many times yet demanding money. Couldnt even get hold of him and when I did was told too busy dont call me. When I did launch finally, he didnt sort my payment out properly so no one could place an order, contact information was someones elses. If you want to waste your time and money and have anxiety then feel free to use him. Your will regret it !!

Brilliant service and always quick responses. Muktadir is very helpful and always responds efficiently to any technical problems. Hes been an asset to us for helping maintain the website and email accounts.
