The standard is awful, and they get away with it because it's social housing. Old silicone not removed, new silicone poorly applied. Gaps left unfinished. Glue residue left on flooring and toilet. Two different patterns used. Not stuck down properly so bubbling up in places. What a disgrace they are. (Have to give 5 stars or the review doesn't show even though its a true and accurate in my experience. Also, can confirm it's their van in the Street View)

Just had a employee in a work van nearly hit beside my car called the office they were not the slightest bit bothered even when I offered my dash cam footage. Going past him he was on his phone

Booked a job with jamie at midland floor and wall coverings last year on my new build house with many delays on incompletion dates I can honestly say they been very patient. Finally get the keys and these guys were in and did my whole downstairs in 3 days very professional job I must say exactly as planned. Nothing was too much trouble no mess no hassle they did a fantastic job!! Would recommend jamie and Andy to anyone who wants there floors doing as the results are second to none. 10/10 love it now cant wait to move in. Thanks to the team at MFWC your simply the best Very happy customer Mr S Chand.
