had my first service on my car in march, booked while you wait, car was 40 minutes late going in but they was really busy, free tea and coffee in waiting area, only thing i was concerned with was because i have a kia service plan i was not given a receipt, when i queried i was told you do not get a receipt if you have a service plan which i thought was odd... when checking with a few other friends i was told that even though they had service plans they still received receipts from the dealers they use ?

Outstanding customer service from the team at Brindley kia Tipton , Kieran was great start to finish he went above and beyond to assist my mother with the most suitable car for her needs, great guy & great service top notch, beautiful car definitely recommend taking a trip down to these guys at Tipton once again Thank you x

Keiran was an absolute legend very easy to talk too and answered all questions professionally and made simply to understand all that's was on offer. There were a few problems outside of control with mobility and PIP but Kieran kept me upto date with the whole process and deserves recognition for excellent customer service
