Louisa is an excellent Pilates teacher, with a great enthusiasm and wealth of experience of Pilate's technique. Louisa provides incredible support to each individual client's needs within a class. Over the last 6 years Louisa knowledge has helped me with my posture, creaky hips and very tight shoulders to ease many pains. Louisa's classes provided extra lifeline to me through these challenging times. I highly recommend Louisa's 1:1 session too. Thank you Louisa, you are amazing!

Louisa is a great teacher and takes an individual interest in everyone, remembering specific problems and suggesting individual solutions. During the lock down she has gone to extra lengths to ensure that we can join her on video or practise at home with on line help and it has all worked supremely well. And she's a really nice person too!

I started classes following an accident in which I broke my shoulder and wrist. My strength, range of movement and core stability have improved immeasurably. Louisa is such a talented teacher. With empathy, imagination and incredible enthusiasm she has ensured I am strong, supple and fit. Before long I'll be able to make use of her studio which I find so helpful and great fun.
