Paid for quad biking on the 22th of April, Was messaged late afternoon on the 21st to be informed it had been cancelled, in fairness they offered me another time it didnt work for me, I suggested a time the following week and was told theyll be in contact. 4 days later no contact, I then asked and was told theyd emailed me which they hadnt this is all via text, And now Im being ignored. I was ignored when I suggested another date, now being ignored when asking for my money back, absolute terrible service! Im sure the quad biking would have been fun but just be warned. I still havent received my refund.

We were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon we spent with Ronny and Richard. The boys seemed carefree and casual but underlying this facade was a duo who had safety for the girls at the heart of the experience. Individual instruction before going anywhere on the field ensured the girls knew how to handle their bikes. The boys lead small groups round the track to be able to help those more timid. At the end of the day a bridge challenge was set for the brave so every ability was catered for.

We had an amazing experience quad biking today with Jake our trainer. He was very supportive as it was our first time on the quad bikes and by the end we were zooming about right behind him! Highly recommend this place and Jake as your guide. Thanks Quadrenaline quadbiking centre
