        Seemed helpful and friendly at first and although their task was difficult due to the relocation of a large volume of furniture and belongings we where disapointed to later find a number of damaged items. There seemed little interest from ARC in addressing these issues hence only three stars. Unfortunately we would not be able to recommend this company.

        The best removal company lve ever used. Professional, courteous, friendly, and moreover CAREFUL! They really understand the frustrations and stress that comes with house moving and take it all away. I honestly couldnt recommend them highly enough.

      Hi Mr & Mrs. Davey, Thank you for your review !! I am sorry you felt let down with your removal service provided. We went above & beyond your requirements to make your move stress free , changing dates for many weeks etc. I was on the move my self to ensure your move went stress free , providing you with 2 x 18tn Vehicles to ensure stress free move , our crew helping you with packing & providing with additional packing materials -- Free !! I have had a few conversation with you regarding the two scratched bedsides cabinets : One was pointed out to me on move date , I agreed for you to get a polisher & send me the bill .. I made sure at the time we checked all other goods prior to leaving you & all was fine .. as per the signed quality control sheet. Please note your removal service was quoted & accepted on : CUSTOMER OWNER PACKED SERVICE & RESTRICTED INSURANCE.So as I said ! So sorry you felt we did not help. The offer to repair / Polish : 1 x Bedside Cabinet was made.RegardsGabriel Gomes
