Dear Hayley YOU are hands down the best accountant I have had and personally suspect you may secretly be the best in the world! For those thinking this is empty bombast Let me spell out just SOME of the work that Hayley has completed for me in the last 6 weeks Opened a New company Wound down another company. Organised a change of business address with HMRC Given invaluable Tax and company organisation advice Reorganised share distribution within the company, twice! Reconciled 2 years transactions of accounts, which I thought my previous accountant had done - but hadnt. Produced and submitted a years worth of VAT returns that my previous accountant had not submitted. Setup Payroll for 3 employees Resolve a Employers PAYE discrepancy with HMRC Organised Furlough for staff members (including applications that my previous accountant had missed) Organised maternity Pay Integrated all my online stores with my accountancy software Apply and secure an EORI registration for the business - helping us with our imports. All this work was competed in lightning fast times and she kept me informed every single step of the way. I can say without a doubt I have had more work and a better quality of service and from Hayley in these last 6 week than I have EVER had out of any accountant I have ever worked with and do you now what the best bit is? She talks to me If I call her, she picks up the phone right then and there! If I email response form her (95% of the time within the hour) but unfailingly within the day. Youve turned me Hayley! Im head over heels with the service you offer and what youve done for my business. For the first time I feel truly on top of my accounts and no longer feel any uncertainty about what my accountant is and isnt doing behind the veil.
