We had the pleasure of using Hearthstone property management when searching for a home to rent in Ely. Jono was recommended to us and we couldn't have asked for better service and care. Jono was professional, approachable and available to support and assist when needed. Our move in was smooth as was our check out, despite us being so overwhelmed with our move abroad. Jono is a wonderful guy and a very professional company! I would highly recommend Hearthstone Property!

You are in the best hands working with Jono - whether as a tenant or landlord. We were lucky enough to find him through OpenRent as he was managing the property we were intrested in renting. In all my years as a tenant (in London mainly) I have never had such an efficient, capable and lovely person to manage all the complexities of renting. He's completely on the ball and an absolute dream to work with: very approachable, highly efficient and organized and also just so down-to-earth. Anyone who uses Hearthstone to manage their property is in for a really nice suprise, you'll never have worked with someone so bespoke before - they quite literally blow the traditional estate agents out the water with their care, efficacy and attention to detail.

Ive dealt with Hearthstone property management on the current property I am renting. They have a quick response to me wanting to view the property as well as very informative and in depth paperwork which was all readily available through google drive when going through with tenancy. When collecting the keys the house could of been cleaned to a higher standard but any issues we had for example the spare room door not closing properly or the shower leaking, the problem is sorted within 48hours. Im very happy with my landlord, and the bonus is that he said make this house your home but obviously run everything by them first. We werent able to do this in our last home and its nice to have that freedom. I thoroughly recommend Hearthstone Limited as a letting agent company.

If we could give six stars we would. Jono was the most unbelievably great property manager. We called him in several emergency situations and he responded very quickly and with good humour (for example when I could not shut the door and it turned out it was just the doormat stuck in it....doh!). He never intruded when unneccessary and was extremely helpful and courteous when around. Any repairwork was done as soon as possible with no mess. We have lived in many places and have not yet met anyone who took such good care of us. We will be sad to leave.
