I've now been a client of Jeorgia for over a year, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for some extra direction and motivation in the gym. As someone quite experienced in the gym and lifting at a reasonable level, Jeorgia has proven invaluable in helping me address my mobility issues, and some stabilty weaknesses i wasn't even aware of. In an industry full of pretenders and naracists, Jeorgia is a real breath of fresh air, who is kind, supportive and very easy to get along with. With a Masters degree in the field, she combines a strong academic background with knowledge gained practicing what she preaches with time spent lifting and training. The key thing when working with a PT is their attitude and relationships with clients. In my situation, I love lifting weights but hate mobility and stretching, and would find any excuse not to do it if left to my own devices. It is therefore so important to find someone who can make the sessions fun and with whom you enjoy time in their company and feel at ease. With Jeorgia, her friendliness, sense of humour, knowledge and professionalism will ensure you get results but also enjoy the sessions. If you are worried about starting in the gym and find it intimidating, you would struggle to find a more supportive and good natured PT to help you feel confident and reach your goals. Despite not being a fan of mobility work, I really enjoy my sessions with Jeorgia. This has enabled me to keep it up for over a year, and has carried over to seeing good improvements in my powerlifting training. Many thanks for your help, support and patience.

I spent several months with Jeorgia once or twice a week, completing my personal training. I learnt alot and noticed great changes in my weight loss journey, my strength and my ability to continue the process with home workouts. I would highly recommend Jeorgia as a coach and will continue to work with her again in the future myself !
