Untrustworthy dishonest trader doesn't honour return policy altered dates of dispatch to 2 months before i actually purchased the item so its not covered by eBay buyers guarantee very clever.. I then messaged about returning item as my customer cancelled on me they then said it would cost 100 to collect the gearbox. I said i would send it myself as i could do it cheaper than that and needed the address to send it to they then closed the return stating that i couldnt return it as their policy doesnt cover buyers remorse even though the was no mention of it in the advert just that returns accepted within 60 days. Now wont answer emails regarding the matter . Be very careful dealing with this company if ever you need to return an item you will not find it a straightforward affair. The next step for me is to contact trading standards..
