A great little place went on a bike night, had a couple and decided to indulge in the bikers burger and a hot dog menu. The menu surpassed both our thoughts and the hot dogs were sausages but equally as tasty. Well worth the trip out.

Full English, washed down with tea so can't comment on the ale . Everything tasted fine and although I'm not a fussy eater, if I was, I'd point out that the bacon was cooked a little too long, the baked beans needed to be hot and most importantly, serving hot food on a cold plate is a definite no no. Would I eat here again ? More than likely. It has a nice atmosphere, the service is good and prices are reasonable.

Over 2 hours wait getting meal ,but have to say staff was lovely, would try again.

We were looking for a dog friendly pub on our way home from Clacton and were so pleased we found this one. Being a sunny day, most people were sitting outside, so we had a good choice of tables inside. The dogs fell asleep, and we had a lovely relaxing time with excellent food, well cooked.
