White Mortgage Advice was recommended to us through an estate agent and we are so glad that we went with them because we now have a beautiful home that Chris helped us in purchasing. Throughout the whole process Chris was professional, informative and worked far and beyond his duties to make sure that we got the best deal. He was easy to reach by phone or email and always answered any questions we asked. The service went as far as checking up on the progress of the purchase well after his part was done. This showed a high level of care for his clients and we really appreciate his hard work and efforts. He was even able to renegotiate for us when the market changed and got us a reduced rate that will make a difference to our monthly payment. Ross White provides a really fantastic service bespoke to his clients needs. Very caring approach and always happy to help and answer any questions. We have worked with Ross on two separate occasions now and wouldn't want to take our mortgage needs anywhere else. Ross knows us and knows what we need and works tirelessly to help.
