        Please read how I came up with this rating. 5 star for the work carried out, its second to none. 5 star for the staff trying their best to keep a really messy job clean. 5 star for the friendliness of the staff. 3 star for the communication after Id paid the deposit. 2 stars for the time and delays. With no communication. Overall Im really pleased with all the work. It is of a very high standard. Just some issues which we sorted out via email let them down.

        Excellent experience all round. We are over the moon with our Jotul wood burner - made by vikings. The service we received from BFS was exceptional a great team. From sales through to installation 5 stars
