Loving my BMW iX xDrive50 Delivery was efficient and received emails advising of access to apps for how to manuals etc. give that this is my first Electric Vehicle that was really helpful wrt charging etc. Also given a good demo of basic controls by the delivery driver. Am loving the car, and given benefits in kind tax BIK) are 2% on electric vehicles this is a very good enticement to electric motoring! Prices for NHS cars are competitive compared to non NHS, that with the BIK has made this a very good deal for me. Recommend!

Totally useless. I am a diabetic, broke down on an urgent NHS run. Office contacted Knowles, saying I am a diabetic and told AA within 1 hour. Couple hours later, no AA, Manager contacts Knowles, only to be told AA had been cancelled by them. AA confirmed this, rescued without food four hours later. I could have died.

Constantly increasing prices month on month. Ordered cla250e and was delayed by 12 months only for it to be cancelled. Finally ordered a MG ZS EV and now it's been delayed again. 16 months and still no car. Tom keeps saying get a car on a daily rate while I wait but this works out even more expensive than the other car. . Poor service. Quotes only valid 14 days. Oh yeah also cannot find/filter a car by monthly budget as this option isn't available. Edited: email given to contact them to raise complaints further and no response.
