I really enjoyed coming to this clinic for treatments, but unfortunately, it's not a place where they care about the customers. It's more about sale and targets. The girls are really nice but unfortunately my face was permanently scared from plasma soft surgery and the pen that they use, I was made to feel like this was my fault and it had never happened before, even know it was 3 weeks before my scabs fell off, I was not refunded for the treatment that scared my face, and the remaining money I had paid for plasma, I was told I had to use the within the store. I really didn't want to, but I did use this for facials and vitamin boost as it was such a high volume of money to have lost. I've had to spend thousands of pounds to correct the mistakes made at this clinic. I was told from day 1 that I would have to pay for the that was caused. After speaking to many other professionals in this field, I find it hard to understand why this has happened and why the clinic was not bothered about the scars caused by their treatment. Getting this treatment and scaring my face really aged me and I feel so sad that I trusted these girls to have been left feeling so rubbish about myself and my skin and thousands of pounds out of pocket to correct a mistake that was not made by myself. I can re assure I was 100% a client at this clinic, i attended this clinic for nearly 2 years, not a one of treatment. I followed all the correct procedures. I'm glad that I have now left this review after the owners response. The clinic was sent photos of scaring and responded this had never happened before, so to now say that I wasnt even a client goes to show how unprofessional they can are.

Wonderful clinic! Fab staff! They are all so lovely and professional. I am extremely happy with the results from my visit.

I have been attending this clinic for a few months. Iv had a few different treatments and every one of them has fantastic results so far! Following the advice simran, shaan and keeley had given for aftercare non of these procedures need to be doubted. I have gained back a lot of my confidence because of there help. All staff are so down to earth and hospitable. I always look forward to my appointments. Best clinic ever for me! These amazing ladies deserve all the praise!

Had fat freeze and injections worked with it upped my water intake and im impressed with the results.
