These guys are fraudsters, DO NOT GET U DRIVE OR ANY WORK!! Taken My Fathers money 2.5k and wont return my calls the drives been dug out, and left in a mess. His a old age pensioner. I cant get hold of them. Will be going to the police.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. They are unreliable as never came back to finish my driveway even though had taken money for the job. They stole material from our job to use on other jobs. Extremely messy in the way they work. Previous company was called future construction ltd which we found on checkatrade. We reported how these guys had treated us and since the Future Construction Ltd business has been removed from the checkatrade site. They have now opened under this new name, So PLEASE do not trust them!!!!

Unfortunately there is no 0 star option. I'm not sure if people take much notice of these reviews, because I didn't. But no matter what quote they give you it is highly advisable NOT to go with them. They are the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever dealt with. If I thought their company was actually registered I would probably sue them. They took much longer than expected to complete our job as they did not turn up on certain days, they kept giving us different bank accounts to make payments in to and then denying that they received the money, luckily I kept all the statements and text messages to prove that the money had been sent. And most of all they are RUDE and aggressive, one of them in particular got into a big argument with my husband for some mess that was on the driveway, he swore the place down and threatened to get a sledge hammer and smash the driveway up. I have never seen such an awful awful "company" before. If you want transparency, respect and a good job then do NOT go with them. Better to pay a bit extra and go with a company that actually respects their customers.

No option to give zero stars. The most unprofessional and incompetent outfit I have ever dealt with. Turn up late and do not work beyond 3.00pm. Took them 2 weeks to do patio, they would come one day and not appear for 2/3 days at a time. Ruined expensive Indian sandstones with it being uneven, some slabs are loose and they have not even followed a pattern. Not only that but they have messed up the drainage aswell where they hacked the plastic end of one end which means that you cannot slot the end cap in. Flooded garage where they were getting the water from the tap damaging some very expensive Laura Ashley wallpaper. Agreed a job price for these cowboys to do patio and drive. Did not mention wanting any money upfront during the intial meeting. However, before patio was complete started demanding full payment even though the patio was not finished. Was reluctant to pay as knew once they received the payment they would not come back and finish the job. True to my concerns, once the money was received they did not come back. Not only that they left garden and front drive in a mess. They claim they are no1 in Sutton Coldfield and their sandstone work 'is the best by a country mile'. Absolute joke! You are more than welcome to come and have a look at their shoddy workmanship. Had exactly the same quote from another company but foolishly decided to go with these cowboys as they traded under Four Oaks Driveways thinking they were a local company, when they are not. Their workmanship and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.
