Very unhelpful. Called on Tuesday, was told would get a call on Wednesday. Did not receive call and had to call back on Thursday to chase up. Ordered medication which I need an appointment for which will take 2 weeks. Missed a call from GP as was given a different time and then told would have to wait another 2 weeks for a call to discuss my long covid symptoms. Wish I had never changed GP Edit: One year later, no change. I can't add another review but my mother has had incorrect information provided which could provide fatal. Only way to complain is via a hand written letter, which could easily be lost and no email address to send to. Increasingly poor patient care.

My 90 year old mother-in-law has serious issues, so wife rang this surgery. Told her she would get a home visit either Thursday or Friday, as she struggles to walk very far. Surprise (or maybe not!), nobody showed up!! What a disgrace!! I will be contacting the CQC tomorrow to hear what they say about it.

Rang and got a call back within an hour. Receptionist and Doctor were very helpful.

Just joined surgery a few wks ago and already finding it difficult to get an appointment. Prior to joining surgery, I was assured that I can pre-book appointments. Yesterday I was advised by reception to call surgery at 8am for an appointment as they do not issue pre-booked appointments. I was unable to get through until 10am as the line was at full capacity. Then I was on the call for 1hr 20 mins before the call waiting message changed from 2nd in the Que, to we are experiencing high volume of calls. 2 hrs in to the call I hung up as no update was given as to position or how long until my call would be answered! Ridiculous! There is no call back facility when lines are busy or the option to be held in que and called back when you are next. Disappointing, I regret changing surgeries now!
