Holiday Inn Birmingham M6, JCT.7, an IHG Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite paying a premium for a room, I was given a small, cramped space that felt anything but luxurious. To make matters worse, the mini fridge in the room was not working, making it impossible to keep any of my food or drinks cold. However, the most concerning issue was the safety of the hotel's car park. During my stay, a car was broken into, which only added to the already overwhelming feeling of insecurity. While the hotel staff expressed some sympathy, I got the impression that they weren't taking the issue seriously and were unwilling to take any concrete action to improve the situation. I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite paying a premium for a room, I found the accommodations to be cramped and uncomfortable, and the issues with the mini fridge and car park security only added to my dissatisfaction.

Poor rooms, stayed there in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms was on corridor where some renovation work has been done - it was loud and stunk of paint most of the day (starting 7.30AM!!) Second time - "premium room" - with terrible bed which gave me back pain - 2 joined mattresses on one bed?! What is that? Also mini fridge not working, old TV with bad pic quality
