        Ridiculous appointment booking requirements to only phone at 8am on the same day then to be told to try the next day but no forward booking is "allowed" So inefficient for everybody and dangerously forcing people to give up on consultation for serious ailments.

        EDIT thank you again to the amazing receptionist who was do patient, kind and helpful today. You were just wonderful. A credit to this surgery. 27.02.23 Cannot praise this little practise enough. Staff are always kind and courteous and Dr Agrawal in particular is extremely caring and seems to have such a great rapport with his clients. I've also never waited longer than half an hour, including my appointment or struggled to get in. Brilliant surgery.

        If I could give 0 star I would. I dont appreciate my prescriptions not being processed the last 2 times, how are you losing patients prescriptions? I also dont appreciate GILLIAN WRIGHT hanging up the phone on me, very unprofessional and a disgrace of a doctors surgery. Absolutely USELESS. Having to constantly chase them because they cant do their jobs. Disgusting service.
