        Our pony spent five days at hambleton can't complained about the care he was given as it was good but its not somewhere I'd take him again due to the fact the admin side of things are shocking a month after he was ill hambleton still haven't provided my insurance company with the documents for my claim after contacting them a number of times all I get off them is were busy or were going to sort it. It's not really fair that I have a vet bill hanging over my head that the insurance company can't pay out due to hambletons incompetence of withholding the infomation they need. It's just not good enough. Will stick with rainbows infuture

        Reception staff are brilliant, always very helpful and efficient. Yard staff absolutely amazing with the horses and will always make you feel at ease if you horse has to stay over and go above and beyond. Vet nurses are brilliant, always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My horse mostly saw Alistair Kay (vet) who is extremely knowledgeable and approachable, he was happy to talk over any treatment options and explain each fully. Nothing was too much bother and always responded to any questions by email efficiently. I cannot fault the Hambleton team as a whole. Thank you to you all. 5*
