Chris is a brilliant personal trainer, nothing is ever a problem. Lots of knowledge, patience and wants the best for all his clients whatever the goal maybe. My goals have changed throughout my time with him and he has always backed me 100% along with succeeding in helping me achieve them. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see serious changes, Chris will do his very best to get you them.

Id highly recommend Chris Lynas as your personal trainer, whatever your goal. Chris will provide a professional service aimed at achieving your target, he will adapt your training to your lifestyle and provides a wealth of knowledge, so pick his brains. Ive learnt so much from my PT sessions, mainly about pushing through the pain and overcoming that point when your minds saying stop but youve got more in the tank. Also, when Ive required further advice on building on my weaknesses; Chris was always there to aid with support and guidance. Chris also provides a weekly check in service. So on top of everything else that youve got you also get a full analysis of your weeks training & nutrition, which gives you that extra push to incorporate his advice. It gets better, because Chris also has an Instagram and Facebook page which has been a go to for me and many others who are part of his community. Thanks to Chris Im making huge steps in my fitness journey.

Very professional, knowledgeable and creates a plan to fit into your lifestyle. Provides something different to a 'diet' changing the way you think about food and exercise. Good sense of humour, very understanding and motivating Can't thank Chris enough for helping me over achieve the weight loss/ body image I wanted without it feeling like hard work! But more so giving me a focus for me to get through lockdown
