        Sarah-Jane was recommended to me by three different professionals and I can understand why. Sarah-Jane could not have been more helpful, offering advice and guidance and going above and beyond to get my daughters assessments completed as soon as possible. My daughter felt at complete ease with Sarah-Jane and enjoyed completing the assessments. My daughter now understands why she struggles with certain things and now believes in herself. Thank you!

        After searching for support elsewhere and not getting very far I was recommended Monsarratt Specialist Dyslexia Services. Really pleased we found Sarah Jane who completed a dyslexia assessment for my daughter. She has been brilliant from start to finish with excellent communication throughout the process. Following the assessment we received a very detailed report which outlined the process and many recommendations for both home and school to implement to support my daughter to thrive. Really supportive and professional would recommend to anyone looking for support with dyslexia.

        What can I say ? Excellent service from start to finish , Sarah -Jane was kind enough to telephone myself and explain the assessment process and talk about dyslexia before an assessment had been arranged for my daughter . I had regular contact ( I'm guessing she knew how worried I was for my daughter and her difficulties) The assessment day my daughter refused to cooperate and wasnt engaging with the assessment at all , although the full assessment wasn't able to be completed , what was completed we are able to see areas that my daughter is struggling and , recommendations given to help support her The report was in depth and I have recommended Sarah -Jane to two friends Thankyou very much for your help
