Lovely green with plenty of benches if needed. Playground nearby

Picturesque, well maintained village green with some interesting historical features, including the old water pump now repurposed as a planter, and a statue of James Cook. Lovely trees and attractive buildings all around. Dog-friendliness: Nice open green space to incorporate into a dog walk around the village.
