Needs some serious TLC, very worn and tired... All Bedding and towels smelt of stale smoke, kettle broke, very noisy from next door ( 1.30 AM) had to ring out of hours line, man took 35 minutes to come and sort the noise out and was very abrupt on the phone. The wardrobe doors were broken, shower had no pressure at all, Toilet roll holder broken. The robes provided all had holes and rips in, hot tub was filthy. Book some where else, this place needs some serious maintenance doing...

I would never ever recommend this place.The owner and the son had blocked us in and told us to take out the trash. They were very rude and would not let 5 vunerable girls move. I was very very UNCOMFORTABLE. The family owning these lodges are not pleasant people. They were rude and told us to deal with it when we requested to speak with management. They left us cold the whole night after telling us they will come and fix the heating. The shower was broken. You should all spend your money elsewhere because the service these people provide is absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Really disappointing. 3rd year here and dont recognise the place. Lodge wasnt properly cleaned (carpets not vacuumed, dead flies in bathroom floor). Lot of equipment missing from lodge. BBQ was filthy and unusable. Most vexing was the complete absence of any service helpline. Reception was closed and emergency telephone went directly to voicemail. No response to messages or texts. 60th birthday BBQ plans abandoned. Food wasted. Zero response from management team.
