I cannot recommend highly enough the services of John Meynells in Aycliffe. From the first interaction I had within hours of my fathers passing they were fantastic. Tracey put all of us at ease and took us through the process. They looked after Dad really well, keeping us informed of everything and they were always at the end of a phone if we needed anything. The day itself was beautiful, our driver Maurice was lovely and the whole team looked after us so well. I have never had to go through anything like this before, but genuinely I cannot praise them enough, they made what was a difficult and upsetting time go much better than I could have ever anticipated. At a very difficult and emotional time Tracey and her staff were very helpful and sympathetic. Explaining everything that was to be done and keeping in touch at all times.

Everything was taken care of perfectly staff were very kind and friendly excellent. Made a difficult day that much easier with nothing to worry about all went like clockwork.

We were arranging a funeral close to Christmas having had a difficult few months at the end of my relative's life. Delays caused by the coroner's involvement and a post mortem made the experience more upsetting. Without the calm and supportive member of staff who made our arrangements for us the whole thing would not have run as smoothly, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Andrew and his wonderful colleagues. Very professional from start to finish and not only did they treat us with respect more importantly they showed the utmost respect for my father in law from the minute they arrived to take him to the chapel of rest to his final resting place.
