So i can honestly say that buying a treadmill is hard. I placed this order a while back but my God it was worth the wait. This little beast goes up to an incline of level 20 (cardio pro model). It is also very very quiet as i have neighbours downstairs. Being none technical i wanted to make sure i assembled this correctly, so i wrote an email to Pamela and within the day Peter from Branx Fitness responded with a phone call to put my mind at ease. This is well worth the purchase especially if you want to watch TV while walking as cardio can be boring but we all know its well worth it. These parts are made in Germany (i trust German products - my car is German) so it will not break easily. This is honestly amazing for this price and what a service during this time is fantastic. I also want to make you aware even the driver that delivered this product was amazing he was well mannered very professional and helped me carry this. Thank you again you really lead by example! Good product and great customer service!

This treadmill ticks all the boxes in my opinion good sturdy design with many features for the price range The only thing I could fault (stopping a 5 star rating) was the owners user guide, this was far to small (A5) making the text and assembly details harder to digest.This to me was disappointing for such a good treadmill. Branx do have treadmills with larger owners booklets.I have been told by the service team, they are now working on a new user guide for this model.

Oh boy this is one heavy machine, make sure you have help unless your strong. 2 man service straight into front room, I paid for installaton service which I recommend (they also remove the packaging) the running machie is quiet, supportve of my weight and looks nice enough as far as treadmills go. Stll using programs only untl I am a lot fter but they are fun and challenging for me.
