This firm is the best in every way. From my first phone call to actually coming back to pick up the packaging once I had unpacked .The removal men arrived two days before moving and packed the whole house for me. They were proffesional, polite and accomadating. I can't praise this company high enough and I highly recommend them! Not cheap but worth every penny.

Terrible experience.I had a chest of drawers that was delivered by another company that was broken.No body called me about what happened before I realised it myself and when I called they told me I didnt ask for insurance but all I wanted was honesty and a call telling me about what happened.When I called the business owner spoke to me like I was a child.I highly dont recommend them .They dont know the basics of running a business.very dismissive staff.The most unprofessional company I have dealt with.

What a gem of a company. Service was 1st class, Katherine was very professional and took time to explain everything to my elderly mother about both the long term and accessible storage. The prices are very reasonable considering we were putting her 3 bedroom house into storage. On removal day I could not have asked for a better team. Adam, Chris and Jake worked so well together and watching them pack the containers was like watching a giant game of Tetris. They worked so hard and in the hottest days of the year without any complaints. Would recommend this firm without a doubt.
