Chelsfield Solar

Reviewed them previously and was not impressed; now have had another company check our PV system and I can see that Chelsfield picked up none of the faults. They seem to have had a quick look and collected their fee. Not even sure that the report they did (which didnt appear until a week later after I had reminded them) accurately represented what they saw. Very disappointing.

Installed a Solar PV and Battery system. Knowledgeable, provided me clear information and genuinely seem to care about the environment and ensuring you have a system that will operate well for you. There were supply issues around the battery outside of their control. They made me aware this was an issue as early as possible and kept me informed throughout. Very pleased with the system and I would highly recommend.

battery system installed we did experience delays because of supply. They did make me aware of this before ordering, though. It was six weeks longer than they thought, which is a little annoying about the difference between six months to seven months is not that much. I have always found them helpful on the phone and easy to get hold of. They also responded to e-mails. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and have done so to friends that were looking at putting a complete system in place. I think they got excellent customer service and an old school mentality. Also, I can recommend products that are easy to use, and when I messed up the setting, they fixed everything for me on their system and are now working a treat. I am writing this review because so many people just moan, and I think it is nice to take the time to say thank you when a company does good work.
