        Suzanne McLoughlin, Senior Administrator, Accuro (Care Services) As a charity supporting individuals with a disability, Accuro's staff strengths are mainly based around the needs of our service users rather than understanding the latest computer hardware and software. Our team has found Abobeys approach to problem solving and advice to be very user-friendly as they are able to explain issues in lay-mans terms. Abobey has been extremely responsive when it comes to ad-hoc issues and queries, and always respectful of staff priorities by working on their PCs at a time that is convenient to them. Furthermore, the network and back-up system that Abobey installed has ensured our critical (and confidential) information remains safe, should any of our individual PCs develop a fault. Previously we have been reluctant to employ the services of an IT support consultant as we simply couldnt justify the costs or the complicated contracts usually imposed, however, Abobeys price and flexibility mean that we have been able to tailor their skills to our needs. We have been impressed with the enhancements Abobey has made to individual workstations and our IT system as a whole.

        I must say the service was first rate, we was in need of some help and Andy did a marvellous job and got our machines working after our email servers crashed. I highly recommend you use Abobey for all your desktop services, the cost saving alone makes it clear choice and is more knowledgeable and successful than any other service.
