        The staff are friendly & professional..always a lovely warm welcome! Nothing is too much trouble & I would definitely recommend Amery vets to anyone that asked. Their pet plan is a must!

        It is never a nice when you have to have to say goodbye to a loved animal family member , but my wife and I had to go through this yesterday at Amery vets Grayshott . It was not pleasant I think the whole experience was a farce and totally undignified from the start until our beloved dog passed away . I have in 70 years have had a multitude of dogs and have had to say goodbye to many loved animals ,but yesterdays experience was not one I wish to repeat . From start to finish seemed to be ill prepared rushed and disturbing ,the vet seemed very inexperienced she muzzled our dog one thing he has never had in his life , I said is that necessary and she said he might bite me , he never done that in his life and then she got the receptionist to hold him down while she administered the anaesthetic not even a vet nurse there ! .I hope I never have to witness that again ,if I do I can assure you it wont be at this vet practice .
