        Very effective treatment of an Achilles Tendon injury. Lizelle assessed my injury quickly and gave me a demanding rehab programme. I followed this for a period of several weeks and saw real progress. I now feel really confident to resume playing tennis and running. Would strongly recommend Lizelle and her team.

        Highly rrecommended expert team of people at London Rd. Lizelle and the team have a breadth of experience across sports, surgery rehab and the new reformers for Pilates. A very friendly and flexible r caption team who do their best to accommodate the working publics busy lives!. I would not go anywhere else.
