I started boxing with Glen during the dark days of the 2nd lockdown in 2021, for fitness and a bit of fun. 2 years later, Im still loving it. Really appreciate my 8am Monday morning session, after which Im ready for the week ahead. Glen comes highly recommended.

Glen really cares about his clients, making the workouts interesting and fun. He ensures you work hard but at a pace to suit and always gives alternatives to an exercise to match ability and fitness levels. He is very community spirited and gives a lot back in time and fund raising. If you are starting out on your fitness journey or getting back into it or a fitness guru, Glen has great workouts to help you along.

Glen has an amazing sustained energy that manages to motivate you at unearthly hours of the morning. Hes great at understanding what level is just right to push you hard without demotivating you. Big thumbs up from our Wednesday morning zoom class!

I have been doing the boot camps now for over 3 years and genuinely look forward to them each week. Glen is motivational and helpful and makes you want to work hard at each session. I highly recommend his energetic sessions, which are also hosted live on Zoom, no excuse not to turn up!
