I made contact with Jackie after my physio advised that I try some cycling to help strengthen my core muscles as I had been suffering from a bad back for many years. Jackie was so kind from the off set, she encouraged me to come along and give it a try even though at the time I didnt have a bike and borrowed one of hers! After a couple of 1-1 sessions, I have bought a bike and I am loving the group sessions led by Jackie, I am taking my time, under no pressure and growing in confidence, discovering beautiful new routes and meeting lovey people on the way. I can highly recommend Jackie, she knows her stuff, she includes everyone and really importantly she cares about what she does.

I first met Jackie when she took my children out for one-to-one sessions. She is so lovely and friendly and very quickly put them at ease. They absolutely loved the sessions and their progress was astounding. Jackies energy and enthusiasm is contagious and now the whole family is hooked doing regular weekly sessions. Jackies sessions are fun and relaxed. It doesnt matter if you are a complete beginner or have been cycling for a while. There is always plenty of opportunity to chat and enjoy the beautiful scenery whilst growing in confidence on the bike and on different terrain. If you want a great work out in beautiful countryside with lovely company then Off Root comes very highly recommended.
