Silver Oak Contractors LTD

Sam Bacon, after more than 3 months of delay in our building works has closed this company and left our house incomplete. I have two doors leading to a void where a terrase should be and scafolding all over our house and need to find a way to finish and deal with everything on our own. Not very safe for our two children. The lack of communication and transparency has been a disaster. I hope he fixes whatever personal problems have led to this situation but Im leaving this review to spare someone else to live through something like this with him.

This company was recommended to us by our local Magnet branch when designing our kitchen. We made an appointment for a site visit which was 2 weeks away and on the day of the appointment Sam didnt turn up nor did he have the decency to phone and cancel. We have since tried to contact him and out Magnet kitchen designer tried too but we have had no response. I would not recommend this company based on the unreliable and unprofessional initial experience we had and I have since advised that Magnet kitchens stop recommending them to clients.
