Ive been going to Yonda Fitness for 3 months now. When I started my drive was to get stronger and improve my mobility. I had felt a bit lost as to where to start after previously being in good shape, but loosing my way in 2022. I have multiple historic injuries that caused lots of pain and I was nervous about strength based trained. Jason was with me the entire way! Always making sure my form was accurate, and my injuries protected. After 12 weeks, I would never have imagined me doing some of the moves I can do now, or the weight I can lift, and the best bit, is I am virtually pain free (apart from a good muscle ache ). Ive now moved on to Yondas nutrition plan and have seen really positive physical and mental changes in just 3 weeks. Im excited to see what I achieve next. Jan 21st, 2023

I joined Yonda a few months ago and couldnt be happier with how things are going. I feel more positive about my fitness than I have in years and would highly recommend anyone give it a try. Jason and the team make training really enjoyable, and the flexible mix of weights and cardio is the perfect balance. The small group classes make for a very welcoming atmosphere - supportive but not pushy, fun, relaxed but challenging no matter what level youre at. Its a great way to start the day and the whole set-up makes me want to work hard and commit - I find myself looking forward to each session! Going to Yonda in the mornings is an excellent start to my day and should be recommended to everyone. The workout pace challenges your levels, encouraging you to work within your strength abilities and Jason and his team, all do it with a smile. Small classes, good atmosphere well worth a workout. I never liked going to the gym however Jason has completely changed this. I feel so much better after his sessions and in my everyday life. Really improved my movement and strength. The classes are challenging but great fun and Jase really helps with mastering the right technique. The best thing about Yonda is that you are not one of masses in a class left to get on with it, small group training at Yonda means you have the guidance and support without the intensity and cost of one on one PT. This was just what I needed to get back in shape after a long break. Jase is brilliant at getting you motivated, even on those days when it seems easier not to bother!
