We cannot praise Greenacres Heatherley Wood highly enough. They helped us to make every step of planning our parents' double funeral feel exactly right for us. The team are so kind and approachable. We were able to say goodbye in a personal and very special Funeral Service . Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful funeral they had ever been to. Being in the main ceremony room with nature all around felt calming and we all had a sense of peace. We were able to choose our own music and the slideshow of photographs reminded everyone of our loved ones. We could not have imagined a more perfect place to say goodbye.

Came here for a friend's funeral, well, more of a celebration since he was there in ashes only. Lovely serene setting, and the humanist officiant was calm respectful and appropriate. Good sound system and good displays accompanied comfortable seating and sufficient space in the foyer and outside so folk could chat afterwards. This is a good place to do this kind of thing. It's a really quiet location with a pub just down the road. Signposting isn't great so using the satnav is recommended to get there. Good parking outside and easy entrance for those with mobility issues.

I have been to Heatherly Wood for three funeral services over the last year. At all services, Jeni and the team were amazing and professional. At a time when it's so sad to say goodbye to a loved one, it really helps to be somewhere where all your needs are met in such a beautiful surrounding.
