        Booked an appointment. Got confirmation. No one there. It was closed. I think there's a problem with their online booking system having the wrong email and not sending them notifications. Although I sent a message to the correct email address from their website and no one replied. Apparently this is not uncommon re them being closed when you have booked an appointment. Service: Body waxing

        I booked an appointment online a couple of weeks ago, arrived at the agreed time and the shop was closed, no one was there. Reading the review left before mine (which I wish I had read before wasting my time) I shouldn't have bothered and can only assume they have gone out of business. PLEASE TAKE YOUR WEBSITE & BOOKING FACILITY OFFLINE and stop letting people waste their time!
