We spent 20k on a job that was supposed to be completed in November 2020, but was only finished 3 months later. The error to be fixed was simple, and they admitted it was a 30-minute fix. But after 6 cancellations and weeks of radio silence, we had to resort to the trade body, references to the Consumer Rights Act, and - finally - getting a number of former customers to lobby before Armstrong Coates did the work. The crew is competent, but does not seem available once you've paid up.

Today we had our new door fitted what a great team .they come and done a free quote measured up give us the best advice even told us to get 3 more quotes from other companies very genuine and honest great job spotless clean so happy bernie is a top bloke and he's fitters were polite and friendly highly recommend this company

Excellent service fast snd very clean, i didn't have to do a thing, they cleared my conservstory to do my roof and put it all back, very very pleased with result looks lovely. All the team were very friendly and trustworthy. Thank you Bernie and yr team, one very happy customer. Would highly recommend.
