If you love your dog/pet DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!! It is the worst possible service Ive ever witnessed. First off my dog went for a Neuter and the operation was tragic, the insertion wasnt neat, its was done really bad which caused my dog to get an infection. He was in serious pain. As a bonus They offered to cut his nails while under which I thought was nice and agreed to, when we picked him up the poor thing looked terrified and had all blood over his paw from them cutting his nail too low. We then went back 5 days later for a post op as was infected, the old colourful haired receptionist could quite possibly be the rudest most vile woman I havent ever met. Disgusting behaviour shown. First she made us sit in a corner and proceeded to ignore us, then not 1 nurse came out. She went into the nurses room and came out with a muzzle, slammed it on the desk and said put that on him or the nurses wont see him. How rude!!! Not only was he scared but I told the receptionist my dog can get this muzzle off, as hes done before to her response, well you should have brought another one. I couldnt believe the arrogance and disrespect I ended up walking out. How does a beets not have more then 1 option for a muzzle. So not only did they mess up my dogs procedure but they then had the audacity to be extremely rude. When I left and walked down the stairs I could hear them discussing a laughing. Terrible terrible Hermans who pretend to care about pets but really dont. THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUE DOG/PET!

Staff were All lovely and very professional. Care was outstanding and Bella is doing well
