        keep away i received a suitcase from them first time i used it the handle came away from the suitcase they had the cheek to blame the baggage handlers to top it all they wanted to repair it and sent the rubbish item back to me as i informed them i bought a new suitcase not a reconditioned one

        Appalling customer service. Was sent the completely wrong bag and although I got a refund on the bag, weeks later I am still awaiting the refund of the postage it cost me to send it back even though I was promised this would be refunded and despite numerous emails exchanged with the company assuring me I'd get a refund
