        Helen is incredible, she is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. I have been having massages for 18 months and have found every single time beneficial. I have suffered with neck and back problems for a long time and seen many therapists and can honestly say, from my perspective Helen is one of the best. The massages help me to maintain good health and although a luxury, this is something that I give back to myself.
